Mary has 20 years experience implementing human resource functions across industries. While no stranger to Austin’s high tech environment, she also had experience within the non-profit space as well as the hotel industry. This varied background has given Mary the ability to utilize solutions from a variety of sources. Mary’s leadership style is highly effective and has been demonstrated in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and general Talent Management.
Mary has worked extensively with start-up organizations during funding rounds and during the acquisition process. She understands the unique role of HR in both of these functions.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from The University of Texas. She is currently certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR.)
